Definitions Used:
By “iOS Rocket”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”, we mean the iosrocket.com website as a whole and the iOSRocket Solutions Ltd business entity. By “You” or “Your”, we mean a user of the website, a customer of iOS Rocket, a viewer of its content, or any other member of iOS Rocket’s audience. By “Order”, we mean a completed transaction for which payment has been fully processed and paid to iOSRocket Solutions Ltd.
Terms of Use:
You fully understand and agree that you will become a member of our development team at iOSRocket Solutions Ltd and that your device registration is provided as a free benefit of your membership. You are not directly purchasing a UDID registration, certificates, or provisioning files. Your purchase covers the time and resources required for us to add you to our team and provide support.
By using our services and accessing iosrocket.com, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use specified here and in our contract here. The site is owned by iOSRocket Solutions Inc. Ltd, located at 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. The site and all associated sites linked to iosrocket.com are governed by these Terms of Use. Please refrain from using the site if you do not agree to these terms.
Changes to the Terms of Use:
iosrocket.com reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at its discretion. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept and agree to the revised terms.
Certificate Issuance by Apple:
Please note that, for Non-Instant Packages only, Apple may delay certificate issuance for up to 33 days if your device was previously registered under an Apple certificate that was revoked or expired. This is usually referred to as a cooldown ineligibility period.
In such cases, you will need to wait up to 33 days to receive your new certificate and use the service. Alternatively, you can use one of our Instant Packages to bypass this time frame.
Package Offer Terms:
After placing your Order, you will receive an email containing an activation code. You must then follow the activation guide on this page.
1- Revoke Warranty:
Upon your first registration, we offer a revocation warranty for “X” days, depending on the package you purchased. If your initial certificate is revoked and you have a Revoke Protection Warranty, you must contact us and provide your Order number and the device UDID enrolled under that Order. We will issue a new certificate free of charge.
2- Yearly Renewals:
Depending on the package you purchased, some packages offer free yearly renewals. To receive your renewed service, you must contact us and provide your Order number and the device UDID enrolled under that Order. We will issue a renewed certificate.
3- Device Changes:
Registrations are non-transferable between devices. If you change your device, you will need to purchase a new package.
Only the Permanent Package (three device changes) and the Everlasting Package (unlimited changes, subject to a maximum of three changes per year) include device-change capability and a Lifetime Revoke Protection Warranty for the enrolled UDID until you change the device.
After you change the device, the certificate for the previously enrolled device will continue to work until it expires. After that, the previously enrolled device will not receive any future certificates. The new UDID will receive a new certificate, issued instantly, and lifetime revoke protection. This process may continue up to the number of changes provided by the package.
Only the most recently enrolled UDID receives full revoke protection and free yearly renewals.
Support:
You fully understand that we can provide support only for issues directly related to your device registration and functionality. We are under no obligation to assist you with obtaining or installing any software, and we are not responsible for any issues resulting from the installation of such software.

Refunds:
Refunds are possible only if the customer has not used the activation code. Refunds may take up to five working days after being processed.
Otherwise, refunds are not possible due to the immediate addition of your device UDID to the developer account, which reserves a slot for your device. Once added, this registration cannot be edited or changed due to Apple’s Terms of Service.

Payment Terms:
We process payments through Shopify Payments/Stripe, ensuring a secure transaction.
Prohibited Actions:
You fully understand that we do not host any software on our website and do not condone the acquisition or installation of any software if doing so constitutes theft. We will disable your access to our service if you repeatedly engage in copyright infringement.
You are prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, its networks, or services offered through the site by using hacking or other illegitimate means.
Additionally, you may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or its connected networks, breach security measures, or exploit the site to reveal other users’ personal information. Any action that places an excessive burden on the site’s infrastructure or interferes with its proper functioning is also prohibited.
Account Security:
Certain features or services may require you to create an iosrocket.com account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
Notify iosrocket.com immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. You may be held liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized use of your account.
Privacy:
By using the site, you acknowledge that internet transmissions are never entirely private or secure. While we take precautions, any information or messages you send to the site may be read or intercepted by others. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
Linked Sites:
For your convenience, the site may contain links to independent third-party websites. These Linked Sites are not under the control of iosrocket.com, and we do not endorse their content. You are responsible for independently evaluating and interacting with these Linked Sites.
Disclaimers:
iosrocket.com does not guarantee that the site, its content, services, or features will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. If we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or any associated agreements or guidelines, iosrocket.com may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the site and block your future access.
We reserve the right to revoke your membership at any time if your use violates our terms.
