Payment Terms:
We process payments through Shopify Payments / Stripe, ensuring a secure transaction.
Revocation Warranty:
Upon your first registration, we offer a revocation warranty for X days according to the package you purchased . If your initial certificate gets revoked, and you have revoke protection warranty ,we will issue one new certificate for free.
Registration Status:
After placing your order, you will receive an email with the registration status.
Certificate Issuance by Apple:
Please note that for the Non Instant Packages , Apple may delay certificate issuance for up to 33 days in case your device certificate was revoked by a previous provider (cool down ineligibility Period) . In such cases, you will need to wait up to 33 days to get your new certificate and use the service.
Device Transfer and Refunds:
Registrations are non-transferable between devices. If you change your device, you will need to purchase a new certificate Unless the purchased package is the permanent or everlasting packages . Refunds are not possible due to immediate addition of your device UDID to the developer account, reserving the slot for your device.
Refunds are possible only if the customer did not use the activation code .
