Not working
Dear, as specified in our terms , with the non instant package if your device was revoked by a different provider , Apple implements an ineligibility period for your device which ranges between 15 up to 30 days ! This can only be bypassed by our instant packages , while the non instant packages implements having to wait for this period before using the service ! Thus the service is working and you can use and download the certificate after the ineligibility period ends .
