Withdraw From Contract
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. This page explains how that applies to our digital products and how to exercise it.
Digital products and immediate delivery
Our products are digital and delivered immediately (an activation code plus certificate files). At checkout you expressly consent to immediate provision and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once activation begins. This is permitted under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Before you redeem your activation code: you may withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund. Nothing has been registered yet.
- After you redeem your activation code / your device UDID is registered: the right of withdrawal no longer applies, because provision began with your prior consent and a registered device UDID cannot be changed or removed for the registration period. The order is final.
How to withdraw
You do not need an account. Send the details below to support@iosrocket.com, or use the form your store provides:
- Full name
- Email used for the order
- Order number (for example #N1234)
You will then be asked to confirm your request (a required second step). After you confirm, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email. If your activation code is unredeemed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method without undue delay.
Exceptions
Certain digital products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal as described above. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.
