After 2 weeks of use the certificate was revoked

This assertion is incorrect. The Certificate is still functioning effectively. You can verify this by referring to our support and email response, which provides further evidence of its continued validity. Additionally, if your Certificate were revoked, we would promptly issue you a new Certificate at no cost, as your package includes lifetime revoke protection.

Awesome….but

So far it’s great that I have a certificate for a lifetime, the problem? I can’t seem to get a hold of the team behind it regarding the perks associated with the lifetime account and other general inquiries. I hope someone sees this and reaches out, I have tried emailing 2 times.
